Services

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

At Nobility, we host Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and Registered Massage Therapy — under one roof, with an evidence-informed approach to every visit.

We treat athletes, weekend warriors, military and tactical professionals, executives, and anyone who’s tired of being told their pain is just something to live with. Our approach is evidence-informed, individualized, and focused on getting you back to the things you actually want to do.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Targeted spinal and extremity adjustments to restore movement, reduce pain, and support nervous system function. We use a range of techniques — manual (Diversified), drop table (Thompson), and instrument-assisted (Activator and Torque Release) — matched to what your body needs & your preferences.

Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a diagnostic and treatment system that uses muscle testing to identify dysfunction across structural, chemical, and emotional components of health. It’s one of the more underrepresented but clinically interesting tools in chiropractic — and it’s a core part of how Dr. Bryan practices.

Soft Tissue Therapies

Manual and percussion-based techniques to release fascial adhesions, address chronic soft-tissue restrictions, and restore proper movement patterns. Often integrated into chiropractic visits when an adjustment alone isn’t enough — fascia, scar tissue, and chronic muscle hypertonicity can all maintain joint dysfunction even after the adjustment is delivered.

Acupuncture

Dr. Morgan Quick provides acupuncture services as part of her chiropractic practice. Acupuncture has a growing peer-reviewed evidence base for musculoskeletal pain, headaches, stress, and sleep — and integrating needling with chiropractic care means addressing the joint, the soft tissue, and the neurological inputs in a single session.

Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapy works as a standalone treatment  or seamlessly integrates with chiropractic care to enhance overall wellness. Working synergistically with spinal adjustments, massage targets muscular tension, promoting relaxation and improving flexibility.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy uses targeted acoustic pressure waves to jump-start healing in stubborn tendon and muscle injuries — from plantar fasciitis to tennis elbow. Delivered with the Storz Masterpuls R-SW50, sessions are quick, non-invasive, and require no downtime. Learn more about Shockwave Therapy.

Not sure what to book?

If this is your first visit, the simplest path is to book an initial chiropractic appointment with Dr. Bryan or Dr. Quick. We’ll do a thorough assessment, identify what’s actually going on, and recommend the right combination of services from there. You don’t need to figure it out before walking in — that’s our job.
